How To Order + Process
Step 1 – Contact + Details
Start by filling out our Graduation Order Form below with your details and preferences. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision and what package works best for you.
After submitting your form, email us at merelymd@gmail.com with your High Resolution Photo(s).
**Photo Guidelines: Please send high-quality .jpg files (300 dpi or higher). Low-resolution photos may result in reduced print quality.
Step 2 – Payment
You’ll receive a PayPal invoice within 24 hours.
Step 3 – Proofing + Turnaround
Once paid, your proof will arrive by email within 2–3 days. Promptly approve your proof or request edits. Upon approval, orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. (Digital files are emailed within 48 hours.)
**A Few Notes: Our website credit appears in small print on the back of each card. All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. To ensure the best results, we recommend having Merely Madison Designs handle your printing. We are not responsible for color or quality issues if files are printed elsewhere.
